Ham Tetrazzini Pasta

The perfect meal to use up leftover holiday ham, this creamy, smooth pasta is delicious and nutritious. Using just a pot and a skillet, this cheesy spaghetti takes less than half an hour and can easily be meal-prepped!

Ingredients

Ham Tetrazzini Pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 medium onion, diced

  • 6 ox mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup OR cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup holiday ham, cubed

  • 1 cup peas, cooked

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare Your Pasta

  1. Cook your spaghetti according to the instructions on the pasta box.

Create Your Pasta Sauce

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt your butter. Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until the onion is soft and the mushrooms are browned.

  2. Add your soup of choice, milk, and the white + black peppers to the pan and mix well.

  3. Add your cubed leftover holiday ham, cooked peas, cheddar + Parmesan cheese, and stir to blend. Continue to cook over medium heat until cheeses are melted. Salt your sauce to taste.

  4. Add your cooked spaghetti noodles to the pan and mix well into the sauce.

  5. Enjoy!
